What is Management by Natalie Sparrow?

We are a MANAGEMENT company. Management companies help models and talent link up with major agencies, casting directors/agents, and talent management. The management company operates as a "mother agency" for the model/talent and can help the model/talent narrow down a search for an agency in a major market as well as prepare the model/talent for agency representation.

PERSONAL CONSULTANTS:
A Personal Consultant advises Talent and Individuals about their personal image and assists in creating a marketable image that will positively represent that individual. Sparrow also provides personal consulting to models/talent using connections, relations, networking and clout to work along with agents in finding opportunities based on their own individual "look".

We are NOT a modeling school.

We assist with clothing, hair, photos, professional coaching and consulting, exposure and a number of other areas to help transform an individual or talent, taking them to the next level.

A model/talent is prepared on how to interact with different industry professionals.

                                                       Fridays 10 am - 3 pm
